Our Story of Change
Mission Statement
Wellness for Abused Women and Children, is to improve and sustain the quality of life for those individuals and families who are more likely to be at risk, and to provide infrastructure and opportunities for those individuals to improve their circumstances. To help injured children and adults recover from damaging effects of domestic violence through trauma-informed care, compassion, and mindfulness in creating an organizational culture and a cohesive context for healing from psychological and social traumatic experiences.
Our Core Services
Wellness for Abused Women and Children is committed to offering a range of assistance to those affected by abuse. Our programs focus on increasing the choices available to survivors, allowing them to lead fulfilling lives and make meaningful contributions to their communities. We aim to break the cycle of abuse through empowerment, education, and support.
